Kalamkari Cotton Silk Lounger

Wandering Silk's Kalamkari Lounger is made from a mix of cotton and silk fabric with hand pen painted motifs throughout. Kalamkari is crafted exclusively using the natural dyes, mordants & resists - its a living cloth that should be treated with care and may shift colors over time. These natural dyes are painted on the cloth by hand by a women's co-operative, in an extremely laborious process that blends art with natural chemistry. 

The fabric is light and soft and has a gentle drape. It is unlined.
