Kantha Duster - Obsidian

A coat rich in history, texture, and intention - wearable art at its finest. One-of-a-kind patchwork duster, this extraordinary coat is a living archive of kantha craft. Its surface is a rich tapestry of stitches - an exploration of kantha vocabulary - layered across panels pieced together from remnants of our cherished fabrics, carefully saved in our workshop over the years.

We have a particular affection for these zero-waste kantha coats. With their expressive silhouettes and painterly compositions, they're especially suited to those with an artistic eye. Each piece is a wearable canvas: a convergence of India's finest handloom textiles, unified by intricate, hand-done kantha embroidery.

• Hand-patched and quilted using pre-consumer fabric offcuts, arranged in striking colourways and engineered Sonia Delaunay-inspired layouts, then entirely embroidered by hand using a range of traditional kantha stitches
