Shipping

At JumeirahRoad.com, our aim is to see our customers happy and satisfied with the products that they have selected. It is our endeavor to ensure that these products reach you in good care and in quick time, and hence we partner only with reputed courier companies.

Shipping within UAE is free for all orders of 300 AED and above. We charge a nominal shipping fee of AED 20 for orders below AED 300.

We ship across Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries - free shipping for orders above AED 1000 and the delivery charge is 50 AED for orders below AED 1000. 

We also deliver worldwide except the OFAC (Office for Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries, in accordance with the laws of UAE. The delivery charges for the rest of the world would be automatically picked up based on the country where the order has been generated.  

We ship items within 2 working days of order placement. However, in some cases we may take longer to ship the order, in case we are out of stock or a delay from our vendors. In case of any such delay, we shall keep you informed.

In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order within 7 working days of the order, we shall inform you and cancel the order. In such cases, your payment against the canceled order shall be refunded; in the manner you have made the payment. If you have paid using a credit card, your credit card shall not be charged for the above cancelled order. However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your banks processing time, which may be 7-15 days. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues with the same.

Our courier partners are reputed couriers and deliver between Saturday through Thursday 9 am to 7 pm. Delivery time is subject to unforeseen delays beyond our control from our courier partners like weather conditions or any such force majeure events.

Once we ship your order, you will receive an email to track your order.

We are committed to deliver your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.

Duties and Taxes

JumeirahRoad.com orders are shipped nationally /internationally from our warehouse to your provided shipping address. Occasionally a customer may have to pay additional duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your state /country (not applicable to UAE customers). Any duties or taxes levied by the authorities at the destination port are to be paid by the customers. Our delivery partners are authorized to deposit duties on behalf of the customer and the customer can then directly clear these with the delivery partners on receiving the packet. JumeirahRoad.com takes no responsibility for non delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address and will not provide any refunds in such cases.

Products that are eligible for return, can be returned within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Eligible products will be easily visible on our product screens under shipping information.

Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund. You could choose to get a full refund in the form of store credits or get a refund on your original credit or debit card used for payment in which case return shipping charges will be applicable at 20 AED for each Return Shipment.

In the unlikely event that the merchandise you ordered is damaged or defective or not as per what you had expected, you may return the merchandise unused and in the same condition as you have received, along with its original packaging and tags, for an exchange. You must inform us within 24 hours of your receiving the shipment and return the merchandise for exchange within 7 days of your receiving the shipment.

Our team must receive and approve your return request. Our team will study the need for return or exchange and based on their jurisdiction the decision would be taken. Once approved, we will communicate and have the shipment picked up from your place, as mutually agreed.
