Glided Sands combines the traditional and the modern, crocheted with chunky brass nuggets and metal chains; for the contemporary woman. 

These necklaces are individually crafted. Any variations or irregularities are part of the design and inherent to the production process.

Maya-Bazaar works with grass root level artisans who had given up their tradition of charakkam or handknotting to work as migrant labourers in Mumbai, India.
Infusing their craft with modern designs and unique ideas, Mayabazaar continues to create individual pieces of jewellery and accessories. At Mayabazaar we encourage employment of women and provide support in health, education, savings, family planning and relationship counselling to our craftspeople.
